First success for training program in Malawi

Great feedback from the School-Based Blended Education Mentorship Program (SBEMPro) in Malawi: Since November 2022 we have successfully coached 30 master trainers.

Currently the trainings are rolled out to 1800 mentors in 320 schools in nine districts. The next step is the training of 9000 teachers who will work with the students in April/May 2023. By August 2023 the project will have reached 130 000 kids in primary schools and 50 000 girls and boys in secondary schools.

SBEMPro is implemented by Edukans, in collaboration with SkillEd, supported by UNICEF Malawi. Right now, we are working on several new training modules.
