Field‑testing in Sierra Leone
We are in Sierra Leone, validating our draft DAF blended learning package, built together with Tradin Origin and EcoTop. Technical Officers, Field Officers, cooperatives, lead farmers, farmers are testing usability and content directly in the field – exactly where it needs to prove itself. And in just a few days, we have already gathered to much valuable feedback.
Next stop: shaping the final training package by September.
This fieldwork is part of a larger effort: Dynamic Agroforestry for Resilience and Prosperity, a multi‑stakeholder initiative running from 2025 to 2029 across five districts. SkillEd’s role is to build a blended learning platform that helps farmers, youth work gangs, and field officers put regenerative cocoa practices into action – while also supporting youth employment and women-led initiatives to strengthen resilience and inclusion.
